Me, Myself and I

So here it is. The before, middle and after picture. From left, the pictures were taken July 2004, July 2005 and today. Ya think I am maybe going through some changes for the better? I needed this reminder. I get stuck on the areas where I fail and forget to celebrate, by God's grace, how far I've come. Thanks for those of you who have prayed for me - please continue to do so... The physical body is only 10% of the iceberg. The mind, will and emotions under the control of the Holy Spirit - that is what is not so readily seen or measured. As we sang in church this morning:

to work in us and through us
