I tried a night shot. If you click on the above picture, you can actually see the stars but it's quite grainy. I think Blogger plays with the resolution.

New photos from the beautiful snow, along with a few attempted shots of our Christmas lights can be viewed here.  The snow is melting as I write. A chinook wind has elevated temperatures 10 degrees in 10 minutes. I love the balmy result but hate the howling process.  

Hmmm, that sounds like life.
