Women Don't Multitask

Marcus Buckingham finds that the happiness of women has been decreasing over the last 40 years. Here's  quote I liked:

One of the common misconceptions about women today is that she’s some kind of amazing juggler, keeping all the different aspects in her life in the air at the same time. The core skill of juggling is throwing, not catching. So if your entire life is spent as a juggler, you never really hold on to any moment long enough to feel it.

  1. So what if I don't call myself a juggler?

  2. That's a side issue. Buckingham writes about helping women find, use and develop their strengths. Focus on what you love and make it better.
