Europe: Dutch Treats and the Romantic Rhine

Day 3: Haarlem to Bacharach Germany, Rhine Valley.

Stopped at Open Air Museum in Arnhem. It is much like Heritage Park in Calgary where buildings have been moved from other locations and reconstructed there. It is truly a wonderful representation of the Netherlands through the ages... the progression of the windmills and other reenactments of their history. We had fabulous pankoeken for lunch. Our bus driver is excellent.

We had a German language lesson... I´m getting pretty good. Tomorrow I will tell you about Bacarach on the Rhine.... what an amazing picturesque place.... click here for proof!
