You wouldn't think, in the middle of summer, that a semi-retired writer would feel stressed. But for interest sake, i took a Stress Test. The results were surprising.
Any score over 300 was considered high stress.
On second thought, I guess the results weren't surprising. The fact that I actually searched out the site that provided the test is an indicator that I felt something was not as it should be.
Those who have been following me on Facebook or Twitter wouldn't likely think I have any stress. I've been at the lake for 8 days out of the past two weeks. But that was my tip off. What should have been enjoying and relaxing, wasn't.
So I took the test. Now I have to do something about it. Any tips?
